Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to find information and book at Narumi, however they browse the web. This statement explains how we approach accessibility on our website and how to let us know if you come across a barrier.

Our commitment
Marta Fernández Temiño, owner of Narumi Estética Avanzada & Bienestar, is committed to making the website https://narumiestetica.es accessible. We use the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549 (UNE-EN 301 549) as our reference.
This statement was prepared voluntarily on 10 October 2026, based on an internal review of the site.
Compliance status
The website has been designed with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.2 level AA. An external audit has not yet been carried out, so we consider the site partially compliant until that audit is complete.
Measures in place
- A logical heading structure and HTML elements used for their correct purpose.
- Alternative text for images that convey information.
- Sufficient contrast between text and background.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
- A responsive design that adapts to mobiles, tablets and enlarged text.
- A form with visible labels and clear error messages.
- Content in several languages, with the language of each page declared.
Known limitations
- The embedded Google Maps map is a third-party service whose accessibility is outside our control. As an alternative, the website shows the full address as text and a link to open the location in Google Maps.
- The form’s anti-spam check is provided by a third party (Cloudflare Turnstile). If it stops you from sending the form, you can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Some reviews are reproduced exactly as they were published on Google, in their original wording and language.
