Eye Contour Treatment in Málaga: Eye Lift and Eye Pressotherapy
The eye contour treatment at Narumi, a beauty salon in Málaga city centre, comes in two options: Eye Lift, which combines superficial Dermapen microneedling with active ingredients for the eye area, and eye pressotherapy with compression goggles. Both are carried out by Marta Fernández. They improve hydration, texture, the look of fine lines and how rested your eyes look. They don't work on vascular or bone-related dark circles or on fat-related eye bags. Eye Lift is usually booked as a course of 4 sessions.
- Duration
- Eye Lift: around 45 min · Eye pressotherapy: around 20 min
- Sessions
- Eye Lift: course of 4 sessions · Eye pressotherapy: single sessions or a package of 5
- How often
- Eye Lift every 3–4 weeks · Eye pressotherapy once or twice a week
- How it feels

What you can (and can't) expect
What it helps with
- Hydration and softness of the skin around the eyes
- Texture and the look of fine expression lines
- A more rested, less tired-looking gaze
- The look of morning puffiness caused by fluid retention (eye pressotherapy)
- Radiance in an area that often looks tired
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't work on vascular dark circles (bluish or purplish) or on structural, bone-related hollows
- It doesn't reduce fat-related eye bags: the solution there is surgical
- It doesn't lift the eyelid or correct a drooping lid
- It doesn't erase deep wrinkles or replace medical treatment
Is it right for you?

- People with a dehydrated, dull eye area or early fine lines
- Anyone who wakes up with puffy or tired-looking eyes (eye pressotherapy)
- Those who spend long hours at screens and want a moment of rest for their eyes

Your session, step by step
-
Eye contour assessment
Marta looks at the type of dark circle, the lines and the hydration of the area, asks about your habits and explains honestly what can and can't improve.
-
Cleansing and make-up removal
We remove make-up and product residue with gentle products. If you wear contact lenses, we'll ask you to take them out before we start.
-
Eye Lift: Dermapen and active ingredients
Using the Dermapen at a very shallow depth, we create micro-channels in the skin around the eyes, without touching the mobile eyelid, and apply targeted active ingredients.
-
Eye pressotherapy: compression goggles
We fit goggles that apply gentle, intermittent pressure around the eyes while you rest lying back in the treatment room.
-
Soothing and aftercare advice
We finish with soothing skincare and protection, and give you at-home guidelines for the option you've chosen.
Options
Eye Lift with Dermapen
Superficial microneedling of the eye area with Dermapen and targeted active ingredients. Designed to improve hydration, texture and the look of fine lines. Booked as a course of 4 sessions, with fine, tolerable pricking and slight redness for a few hours.
Eye pressotherapy
Goggles that apply gentle, intermittent pressure around the eyes. It's a short, relaxing session that helps your eyes look more rested and eases puffiness from fluid retention. You can book a single session or a package of 5.
Why the eye area needs special care
The skin around the eyes is thinner than on the rest of the face, has fewer oil glands and moves thousands of times a day with every blink and expression. That’s why it dehydrates sooner, shows fine lines earlier and instantly reflects tiredness, screen time or a bad night’s sleep.
That same delicacy means any technique has to be adapted: less depth, active ingredients designed for the area and great care with anything applied near the eye. At Narumi, we don’t use the same protocol around the eyes as we do on the cheeks or forehead.
What type of dark circle or bag do you have (and what can we do)?
Before you book a course, Marta looks with you at where your concern comes from. That assessment is what stops you spending sessions on something beauty treatments can’t change.
- Pigmented (brown) dark circles. These can look better with consistency, sun protection and better-hydrated skin. This is where Eye Lift makes sense.
- Dark circles from thin or dehydrated skin. These benefit most from improving hydration and texture around the eyes.
- Vascular (bluish or purplish) dark circles. These come from blood vessels showing through the skin. They don’t change with beauty treatments.
- Structural or bone-related dark circles (hollows). A shadow caused by the shape of your face. These don’t change with beauty treatments either.
- Morning puffiness. Usually linked to fluid retention and rest. Eye pressotherapy helps your eyes look less puffy.
- Fat-related eye bags. Present all day and raised in their own right. The solution is surgical.
If dark circles or puffiness appear suddenly, in one eye only, or with itching, pain or redness, you should see your doctor.
Eye Lift: how Dermapen works around the eyes
Dermapen is a microneedling device: a head with very fine needles that creates micro-channels in the surface of the skin. Around the eyes we work at a very shallow depth, under the eye and on the lines at the outer corners, staying clear of the mobile eyelid. Those micro-channels help the active ingredients we apply to penetrate better and prompt the skin’s natural response.
The result isn’t instant or dramatic, and it’s worth knowing that up front: improvements in hydration, softness and the look of fine lines appear gradually over the course of 4 sessions. Afterwards, a good routine at home and sun protection help you maintain them.
Eye pressotherapy: rest for tired eyes
Eye pressotherapy uses goggles that apply gentle, intermittent pressure around the eyes. It’s a short session, with no needles and no downtime, that many people use as a break during busy weeks in front of a screen. The effect is immediate but temporary: your eyes look and feel more rested that day. You can book it on its own, combine it with a facial or pair it with other treatments at the salon.

What our clients say
Frequently asked questions
Where can I get an eye contour treatment in Malaga?
At Narumi Estética Avanzada & Bienestar, Calle Cristo de la Epidemia 33, in Málaga's Distrito Centro. We're a few minutes' walk from the historic centre, next to El Ejido, La Victoria and Olletas. Marta Fernández performs both Eye Lift with Dermapen and eye pressotherapy, always by appointment via WhatsApp, phone or our contact form.
How much does the eye contour treatment cost?
It depends on the option: Eye Lift is priced per session or as a 4-session package, and eye pressotherapy can be booked as a single session or a package of 5. All current prices are in the price table on this page. If you can't decide between the two, we'll explain them at your assessment before we start.
Does it get rid of dark circles?
It depends on the type. If your dark circles are pigmented or caused by thin, dehydrated skin, Eye Lift can improve how they look with consistency. Vascular dark circles, which look bluish, and structural ones, which are a hollow, don't change with beauty treatments. We'll tell you frankly which applies to you before you book a course.
Does it reduce eye bags?
If the puffiness comes from fluid retention and shows mainly when you wake up, eye pressotherapy helps your eyes look less puffy. If the bags are fat, present all day and clearly raised, no beauty treatment will reduce them: the solution is eyelid surgery, assessed by a doctor.
Does Eye Lift lift the eyelid?
No. Despite the trade name, Eye Lift doesn't lift the eyelid or correct a drooping lid. It works on the skin around the eyes so it looks more hydrated, smoother and brighter, with fine lines looking softer. If your lid droops over your lashes or gets in the way of your vision, you should see an ophthalmologist or a surgeon.
How many sessions will I need?
For Eye Lift we usually suggest a course of 4 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart, because the skin needs time between treatments. Eye pressotherapy is noticeable from the very first session, but the effect is temporary; many people repeat it once or twice a week during tiring periods. Results vary from person to person.
Does Eye Lift hurt?
You'll feel very fine pricking and some warmth, especially in the most delicate areas. Most people describe it as tolerable. We work at a very shallow depth and stay clear of the mobile eyelid. Eye pressotherapy, on the other hand, isn't uncomfortable: it's gentle pressure that many people find relaxing.
Can I combine Eye Lift and eye pressotherapy?
Yes, it's a common combination: Eye Lift works on the skin around the eyes, while eye pressotherapy gives an instant feeling of rest. We don't usually do them on the same day, so as not to press on freshly treated skin; we'll suggest a schedule based on your goals and diary.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?
After eye pressotherapy you can put make-up on straight away. After Eye Lift, it's best to wait 12 to 24 hours so you don't apply products over freshly opened micro-channels. If you have an event, book your Eye Lift at least two or three days ahead.
Is it the same as blepharoplasty or under-eye fillers?
No. Blepharoplasty is surgery and under-eye fillers are injectable medical aesthetic techniques. Both are performed by a doctor and change volume or structure. Narumi is a beauty salon: we don't offer medical aesthetics. Our work is to improve the look of the skin around the eyes non-invasively.
