We cleanse the skin and make you comfortable in the treatment room, with the area to be treated uncovered.

We work on the area with the Bellaction Duo device, adjusting the settings to your tolerance. We check how it feels throughout the session.

What is Bellaction Duo body?
Bellaction Duo body is the beauty device we use at Narumi for our contouring and firming programmes. It works on one specific area of the body, with no needles, no surgery and no recovery time. That makes it a sensible choice if you want to improve the look of your abdomen, bottom, thighs or arms without going down the route of a medical procedure.
During the session you lie back in the treatment room while Marta works on the area with the device, adjusting the intensity to how it feels for you. You don’t need to do anything except tell us how it’s going so we can fine-tune it.
What you can expect (and what you can’t)
Body contouring is an area where a lot is promised and little delivered. We prefer to do it the other way round:
- Realistic: firmer-looking skin in the treated area and a slightly more defined contour, building gradually over the programme.
- Not realistic: losing kilos, dropping a set number of dress sizes, or visible results from day one.
What influences the result most isn’t the device but the bigger picture: your starting point, how consistent you are with sessions, your diet and your activity levels. When those pieces are in place, the programme shows. When they aren’t, the device alone falls short, and we’d rather tell you so at your assessment.
How we plan your programme
We begin with an initial assessment in which we look at the area, your habits and your health. If you’re not a good candidate, we’ll say so. If you are, we suggest a programme of 5 to 10 sessions, usually once or twice a week, with a clearly defined priority area.
Many clients combine it with pressotherapy, for a draining effect in the legs, or with wood therapy, if they also enjoy hands-on work. None of this is compulsory: we decide together based on your time and your goal.
Face and body: same device, different goals

After your session
Aftercare

How many Bellaction Duo body sessions will I need?
It depends on the area, your starting point and your habits. A programme of 5 to 10 sessions, once or twice a week, is typical. A single session isn't enough to notice a change in firmness: results build gradually and vary from person to person.
Will Bellaction Duo body make me slimmer or drop a dress size?
No. It doesn't make you lose weight, and we don't promise dress sizes or centimetres. What it aims to do is improve firmness and the look of the contour in one area. If your goal is weight loss, diet and exercise are what work; a beauty device can support that, never replace it.

Who can't have Bellaction Duo body?
We don't offer it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, metal implants in the area or cancer under treatment, or on skin with wounds or infection. If you have a circulatory or heart condition, check with your doctor first.
